Shipping & Delivery

We offer multiple shipping options across the USA:

  • FedEx 2 Day – Our free shipping option for orders over $200. Estimated 2-day delivery, but delivery is not guaranteed.
  • USPS Priority – Delivered in 2–5 days on average.
  • Other Carriers and Shipping Speeds – Available upon request.
  • Styrofoam Ice Pack – Includes a large frozen ice pack with styrofoam-walled packaging to help mediate temperature variations during transit.

Is Styrofoam Ice Pack Shipping Necessary?

No. Our peptides are provided in lyophilized, freeze-dried powder form. They are significantly more stable in this form compared to a solution and can withstand temperature variations during transit without significant degradation.

Same-Day Shipping

Same-day shipping applies to all orders received and paid for before 1:00 PM EST on weekdays. These orders will be shipped out the same day.

Orders received after 1:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

During periods of high order volume, your order may take up to 48 hours to ship.

Shipping Days

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and, when available, usually on Saturdays as well.

Returned-to-Sender Orders

Orders returned to the sender due to customer error will incur a $10 reshipment fee.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Reshipment of delayed or lost packages will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds & Exchanges

Requests for returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.

We will provide a shipping label at no cost to return or exchange the item.

A refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product, typically within 5 business days.
